Mageek – an ImageJ Java plugin

Mageek is an ImageJ Plugin to colorise microscope Images in batch processing.
By default, images are in level of grey, Mageek colorise them using LUT presets. You can handle hundred of files in batch processing.

Capture or Mageek v1.1.3 – User just scanned a folder, Mageek found 3 files with 3 extensions.
Each of those extensions correspond to different microscope image file format.
